Stress - A Short Essay

Stress is defined as a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances

Stress can be the result of many things. You may feel stress because of taking a test, a job interview or some competitive exercising. These short-term stresses are normal, long-term stress sis caused by situations that are sources of stress that persist over an extended period.

Some personal problems that may cause stress:

Emotional instability of problems, like confused feelings about a person of thing, anger you cannot express, depression, guilt, etc.

Relationship problems, lack of friendship, feeling of lack of support, feelings of exclusions.

Major life changes, like starting university, getting/losing a job, moving to a new country/parish.

Inherent stress, this is the stress of others, that affect you. Like having a family member who is under stress.
